Understanding the problem.

Dave Knight has years of experience in the car wash industry, running an established site in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Watching his regulars return week after week, he spotted an opportunity: loyal customers who wash frequently would benefit from a simple monthly subscription rather than paying per wash every time.

The concept was clear, but finding the right team to build it proved difficult. Dave spent years meeting development teams, yet none could deliver to his specification. The vision required more than a basic website: it needed a complete digital platform with subscription management, payment processing, membership verification, and most importantly, a direct SMS channel connecting the business to its customers at every touchpoint.
