Fixed country rates
Contact us with your estimated monthly volume and destination. For example, a commitment of 10,000 credits per month to a single country may qualify for a fixed per-credit rate across all networks. Minimum order of 1,000 credits. Discounted pricing may be available for larger volumes.
EUR conversion
EUR pricing is converted at an approximate exchange rate (1 GBP = 1.17 EUR) and may differ from the final invoiced amount. Actual EUR pricing is dependent upon current exchange rates at the time of purchase.

How credits work.
International credits work the same as UK credits. Each credit equals one standard SMS of up to 160 characters. Longer messages use additional credits as shown below.

Extended characters

Unicode encoding
If your message contains any non-GSM character (e.g. emoji, accented letters, or non-Latin scripts), the entire message switches to Unicode encoding, reducing capacity from 160 to 70 characters per credit.
Concatenation headers
Multi-part messages require a concatenation header, which reduces each part from 160 to 153 characters (GSM) or 70 to 67 characters (Unicode).
Smart quotes
Curly quotes (“ ” ‘ ’) and em dashes (—) are not part of the GSM character set and will trigger Unicode encoding. Use straight quotes and hyphens instead.
