Yes. If your business has multiple Faretext accounts — for different departments, brands, or clients — you can switch between them from a single login. Each account maintains its own delivery statistics, credit balance, and billing history.
You can view up to 10,000 recent message records directly in the dashboard, with filters for date range, delivery status, and recipient. For historical data beyond this limit, you can export reports or contact our support team for assistance.
Yes. All invoices and credit orders can be filtered by date, viewed in detail, and downloaded directly from the Command Centre. This makes it easy to keep your accounting records accurate and submit invoices for reimbursement or expense tracking.
