Yes. Once your Faretext email to SMS account is set up, you can send a text message to any mobile number by composing a standard email. Simply address it to the recipient's mobile number followed by our email domain (e.g. 447712123456@emailsms.co.uk), write your message in the body, and click send.

Yes. Your email to SMS account is configured to only accept emails from your authorised email address. Messages are transmitted securely through our SMSC infrastructure. Sensitive account details like passwords and API keys are only shared during initial setup and cannot be retrieved afterwards.
Our system only processes emails from pre-authorised sender addresses linked to your account. Emails from unrecognised addresses are rejected automatically. Combined with our anti-fraud monitoring, this ensures that spam or unauthorised messages are never converted into SMS.
