Faretext has a zero-tolerance approach to spam messaging. All users of our platform must comply with our anti-spam policy. Specifically:
- No messages may be sent to recipients without having previously obtained their consent
- No false, invalid, or misleading information in the subject line or body of SMS messages
- Text displayed must clearly state or illustrate the service or product offered
- Marketing campaigns must clearly identify who is providing the service and include an appropriate opt-out
Any evidence of users not adhering to this policy will cause immediate suspension of their associated SMS service and may result in freezing of all SMS accounts.
To report suspected spam, email spam@faretext.co.uk with your mobile number, the date and time you received the message, and the message contents.
